Alex Moroseos, PE, SE
Principal Structural Engineer
Alex graduated from Seattle University in 1985 with a degree in Structural Engineering, accompanied by a minor in Computer Science. Following his graduation, he embarked on a distinguished career with Boeing, where he dedicated over three decades of service before venturing into establishing his own firm. Alex got his PE License in 2000 and his SE in 2005. Throughout his professional journey, Alex has amassed profound technical acumen in design of the building the primary frames and skills with the computer finite element analysis. Alex's dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest building codes ensures that every project he undertakes receives thorough consideration, taking into account all aspects and not just the structural component. One of Alex's standout qualities is his knack for tackling complex structural challenges. Thanks to his wealth of experience, he possesses an intuitive understanding that allows him to spot potential issues ahead of time and come up with effective solutions. But there's more to Alex than just engineering! He's a true car enthusiast who knows how to have a good time beyond the confines of his professional pursuits. When the weather is nice in Washington, you might catch him cruising around in his metallic blue car.
Kyriakos Moroseos, PE
Principal Structural Engineer
Kyriakos (Kam) graduated from the University of Washington in 2015 with a degree in Structural Engineering. He honed his expertise while working at a reputable Seattle-based structural firm that specialized in residential projects and multi-family complexes. In 2021, Kam made the decision to join his father, Alex, driven by their shared values and visions of prioritizing client satisfaction and engineering excellence. Kam's exceptional problem-solving abilities enable him to analyze and conquer complex structural challenges, consistently devising innovative solutions. His collaborative leadership style seamlessly integrates all relevant parties in the construction process, including architects, homeowners, and contractors, ensuring successful project outcomes. This proficiency in both technical and interpersonal skills allows him to navigate diverse perspectives and create harmonious working relationships. During his personal time, Kam finds fulfillment in playing various musical instruments, attending boxing classes, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
